What is the product warranty?
©Brilliantmommy will repair or replace any defective product within 15 calendar days from purchase. A photo of the defective product, together with a short description of the defect, may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org to make further arrangements. ©Brilliantmommy would appreciate it that if the product became defective due to rough handling not suitable to the product the purchaser will refrain from requesting a repair or a replacement of the product.
What is the fabric disclaimer?
©Brilliantmommy take special care to source fabric from reputable retailers and only use fabric that is suitable for a specific product. However ©Brilliantmommy cannot take responsibility if fabric loses their characteristics with continued use over time.
What is the colour disclaimer?
Due to variances among colour monitors and different operating systems, the colours that appear on your screen may not be the exact colour of the product. Delivery / shipping / courier
What can I expect form the courier service?
©Brilliantmommy make use of a courier service for the initial courier of the purchased product. The parcel will be sent overnight which normally takes 24 hours for major centers or 2 to 3 days for regional centers - dependant on your location within South Africa. No dispatch or delivery will be made on a weekend or public holiday but rather the next working day. No parcel will be sent to Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, Townships, Military Bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassies, Consulates, Chain Stores, Government Departments, or other remote areas. ©Brilliantmommy reserves the right to refuse to courier a parcel to an area that will require a Special Service Surcharge as defined by the courier service. Major centers include Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, George and Bloemfontein - subject to change. Regional centers include areas that are not major centers and exclude remote centers. Should you (or a nominee appointed by you) not be available to accept the initial delivery of the parcel it will immediately be returned to ©Brilliantmommy. You will not be entitled to a refund of any payment made by you for the items because the courier charge and return courier charge must be financed. Once the product payment is confirmed as successful you may not request an alternative delivery address as this will result in additional courier charges.
How much does the courier service cost?
There is a flat rate of R60 for any order. If your total order exceeds R400, the courier charge will be zero.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Once your order is ready we can arrange a pick up time that will suit everyone. Orders must be collected from Waverley, Pretoria.
